1991 Korean unlicensed adaptation of Dragonball, with newly edited English subtitles!
This live action movie, "Fight, Son Goku! Win, Son Goku!" (Ssawora Son Goku, Igyeora Son Goku!", adapts the first arcs of the Dragonball manga by Akira Toriyama. It is relatively faithful, though it was made without a license in an era when most Japanese children's media had just recently been made legal to watch in South Korea.
Featuring Bulma, Oolong, Yamcha, Pu'ar, Master Roshi, the turtle, Pilaf, Goku, and more, it's a pretty fun watch. Deviates from the original in a few places, entertainingly. Also seems to re-use some of the costumes from another Korean tokusatsu movie, Sparkman.
The only subs available seemed to be Spanish subs that were auto-translated to English on YouTube, so I cleaned them up and re-edited them. They may not be perfect but they're watchable! Enjoy.

Hard-coded subtitles
thank you for uploading this!
i stumbled on this movie through youtube's "wu tang collection;" there is one version on there with hard-coded subtitles (link 1 below) and another with no subtitles at all (link 2).
is there a "soft" english subtitle file available? additionally, is there a korean-language subtitle file somewhere?
please pardon the direct question - the subtitles editor's article linked in the description of this page seems to no be longer online.

Glad someone figured out subs for this one!
I originally capped this years ago, and there were no subs because I was the first person to even find and cap this...
